They explained what they had to offer in terms that were easy to understand and did not try to sell me something I did not need. By far the best part is, they sold me a like product for far less than what I had paid at the other retailer. First class business.

The owners were very patient with me as I tried on just about every frame they had in their store. � They stayed open later than closing and never rushed... read more me out. This will definitely be my go-to place for future eye exams and frame purchases. Highly recommended!

We landed in a pair and we sat down and tracy asked me what I wanted for my lenses. We chatted at length about what would be best for me. I left there feeling so blessed that I have found a place I felt like they really cared about getting me in glasses that worked for me and not just filling the prescription.If you wear glasses everyday Go see them and you will leave there feeling fabulous. I went in as one of the Facebook contest winners who hasn’t had an eye exam in at least 6 years, I soon became a very happy customer that will forever go to them for all my eyewear needs. But let me tell you guys just how awesome they really are, Friday I showed up at 4pm to grab my daughter's contacts for her competition in the morning, but they closed at 2pm, I had totally forgot. Well, I got in touch with them and the Owners themselves met me there before they opened so that my baby could do her performance with her contacts, not her glasses. Yall that is customer service, that is customer care, and a relationship with your customers goes a long way.
