  I won a contest with them for a free pair of glasses from their own line (frames and lenses) I went with hopes of getting a pair of sunglasses since... read more my lenses and frames were fairly new and from them already and I’ve never owned prescription sunglasses! They were 100% on board with this so we picked a frame and ordered. When I went to pick them up I was so mad at myself bc I realized I forgot to get the mirror tint added on them!! I loved them but just knew I would love them even more with the tint. Well they had a little issue when cutting the lenses, so they wanted to re order a new lens bc it just didn’t look “perfect” for them and since we were ordering a new set we could add the mirror tint!! I’m in love with my new sunglasses and could not be more pleased with the customer service!!

They where very helpful in getting her something to replace them. She was extremely impressed with the quality of the lenses, she says everything is so much clearer and crisp even with her old prescription. We will be returning for all of our eyewear needs from now on.

They explained what they had to offer in terms that were easy to understand and did not try to sell me something I did not need. By far the best part is, they sold me a like product for far less than what I had paid at the other retailer. First class business.
