They where very helpful in getting her something to replace them. She was extremely impressed with the quality of the lenses, she says everything is so much clearer and crisp even with her old prescription. We will be returning for all of our eyewear needs from now on.

But let me tell you guys just how awesome they really are, Friday I showed up at 4pm to grab my daughter's contacts for her competition in the morning, but they closed at 2pm, I had totally forgot. Well, I got in touch with them and the Owners themselves met me there before they opened so that my baby could do her performance with her contacts, not her glasses. Yall that is customer service, that is customer care, and a relationship with your customers goes a long way. They explained what they had to offer in terms that were easy to understand and did not try to sell me something I did not need. By far the best part is, they sold me a like product for far less than what I had paid at the other retailer. First class business.
