I went in as one of the Facebook contest winners who hasn’t had an eye exam in at least 6 years, I soon became a very happy customer that will forever go to them for all my eyewear needs. They were friendly, helpful, and the customer service was superb - truly top notch!

  Always fast, amazing service. So family oriented and they truly care about doing the best thing for their customers.

The doctor was very thorough and patient. Also, they didn’t try to up sell me or get my to purchase anything and worked with my budget. I was very impressed.   We have been customers of The Spectacle for a few years now and have always highly recommended them. They are the most down to Earth people who treat us... read more like family! But let me tell you guys just how awesome they really are, Friday I showed up at 4pm to grab my daughter's contacts for her competition in the morning, but they closed at 2pm, I had totally forgot. Well, I got in touch with them and the Owners themselves met me there before they opened so that my baby could do her performance with her contacts, not her glasses. Yall that is customer service, that is customer care, and a relationship with your customers goes a long way. My daughter and her team placed 2nd out of 7 teams in their division at her very first Winter Guard Competition!!! Thank you!! Thank you!!! Thank You!! Best Business Ever!!!
